Our experience with networking goes from basic peer to peer networks to vpn and point to point networks and to multiple buildings using wireless amplifiers and antennas. Remote pc and network management is available. We have worked with all versions of Windows - from NT Server to Server 2008, NT Workstation to Windows 7. We have also worked with different versions of Mac OS 9 and X. We also support business applications including Microsoft, Adobe, Corel, Intuit, Sage and many others.Software Training:

Standard Service Rate:
Effective November 2009Business $85/hr
Residential $65/hr
Covers phone/remote or onsite time, with 30 minute minimum, then billed in 15 minute increments.
After hours and weekend rates are an addition $20/hr with 1 hour minimum, then billed in 15 minute increments. Rates for scheduled projects are held at proposed rates.
Some projects will be flat rated based on the discretion of the service technician and agreed on by the client before work is performed.
Credit card must be provided at the beginning of a call or project unless previously arranged.
Availability:
Typical hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.Office availability is by appointment only.
Weekends available on a per project basis.
Travel Fees:
(For pickup, delivery or onsite)First 10 miles no charge from our office in Fairlee, VT
$1.30 per round trip mile
$1.20 per round trip mile if over 50 miles
Coverage Area Map - other areas are negotiable
Maintenance Contracts:
Business: 5 hour time blocks are $415 ($2/hr savings)10 hour time blocks are $800 ($5/hr savings)
Residential: 5 hour time blocks are $315 ($2/hr savings)
10 hour time blocks are $600 ($5/hr savings)
(Travel time will be discounted $.10 per round trip mile if under contract. New time blocks will be invoiced as they expire until cancellation is confirmed.)
